I opened one of my Kincaids

I needed an x-acto knife and a hammer, and I had to overcome my fear of popsicle sticks to get the pipes above his left hand together, but when I finally got him together, damn....... what an incredible figure.

I've seen pics of him where people didn't use the rod that comes with him, but you really should use it to get him to hang correctly.

If you got your two, and aren't trading one of them, open this guy up. It's defintely worth it.

I know what you mean - those chains are kinda of a bitch to work with. I had two come off on me ... quite fustrating to get them attached again.

I didnt like they way the chains hung with using the rod - so i took a little time (couple hours) to wrap the chains just right....





...also <u>had</u> to see what he'd look like with Spawn Alley...

Works well with Spawn Alley! Were it not for my six-year old, I probably would have picked him up.
Never had a fully "dead guy" action figure before. Morobundi was as close as I got...

Kincaid's bricks are a little bright for it, but it looks great!
